KubbyLab is a digital education brand that sells instant-download digital products: PDF workbooks, flashcard sets, activity packs, worksheets, Canva templates, and learning bundles. We do not sell or ship physical products.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. When you purchase directly on kubbylab.com, your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Purchases made through our Etsy shop (kubbylabstore.etsy.com) are governed by Etsy's terms.
If a product is not right for your child, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No questions, no forms, no need to explain yourself. Write to [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout.
We ask only one thing in return: stop using the files and delete your copies. We cannot check that you have, and we are not going to try, this guarantee runs on trust, in both directions.
If you hit a technical issue instead (file not opening, download link broken, wrong file), write to us and we will fix it within 24 hours. That is not a refund case; it is our mistake to correct.
